Patient Matters brought together a cohort of current and potential clients who were hospital CFOs to have courageous conversations about the many challenges hospitals are facing with regard to collecting patient payments. One of the goals was to showcase Patient Matters as a solution provider without directly selling to these clients. Another goal was to surface any issues Patient Matters might not have been aware of that these administrators were facing.
We designed a daylong meeting with a participatory dialogue approach using thought provoking questions that identified the big challenges CFOs face in this new landscape so that Patient Matters could better serve their clients going forward. Julie facilitated meeting and brought along Leah to do the graphic facilitation. Prior to the meeting we created table tents highlighting factoids about the current state of the payments landscape. After the meeting the visual maps were used in marketing to potential clients.
