After experiencing our graphic facilitation at one of their meetings, the training team hired us to inject visual and design thinking into the way they delivered their training. Even though they created in-depth trainings for all aspects of the company – sales people, assembly workers and dealers – they would occasionally lose work to outside agencies because what they delivered wasn’t visually interesting. They wanted to up their creative and visual game and hired Julie to “unleash their creativity.”

Over the course of several days Julie submerged them in large-scale mind mapping, process mapping, creating an icon library for their language instead of relying on clip art, and created a strategy for ongoing practice including a skills building “doodle breakfast” to deliver dynamic, visually powerful and creative trainings.
